COPPERthe yellow lab

The gear shelf

The stuff a Lab's life actually runs on — and the most honest shelf on the internet.

Every product here carries one of two labels:

TESTED WITH COPPER — Ryan has actually used it with Copper, in real life. The label carries the date and what the test was. If it half-worked, the note says so.

ON THE SHELF — we stock it because the specs are right and Lab owners need it — but Copper hasn't tested it. Yet. You are never sold a test that didn't happen.

Right now, everything below is ON THE SHELF. The tested column starts empty on purpose; it fills one real test at a time, and Tuesday's episode of the show announces every change. Prices shown are our shelf prices; shipping and fulfillment details are confirmed at checkout.

1.

Reusable pet hair remover

$21.99ON THE SHELF

The roller every Lab owner ends up buying: no refills, no sticky sheets — it lifts the fur that a yellow Lab distributes over furniture, bedding, and car seats like it's his job. (It might be his job.) This is the shelf's first sample candidate; when it has been run over Copper's actual back seat, the test airs on the show and the label changes — not before.

Grooming gloves / deshedding brush

$17.99ON THE SHELF

For the grooming shift: silicone grooming gloves (or the one-click deshedding brush, per the listing) that turn a brush-out into a petting session. Pairs with the hair remover as the household shed kit. Copper has opinions about grooming; they will be reported honestly when the test happens.

3.

Lick mat set

$16.99ON THE SHELF

Silicone lick mats with suction cups, food-grade and freezer-safe. In a food-driven dog's house these are the bath-time, nail-trim, and storm-night occupation — spread, freeze, deploy. Enrichment, plainly sold as enrichment: a busy dog, not a medical claim of any kind.

4.

XL dog car seat cover

$44.99ON THE SHELF

The back-seat hammock cover sized for a full-grown Lab (check the dimensions on the listing — big-dog sizing is the point). The honest story: today, Copper rides on a blanket, and the blanket works. This cover is its upgrade — waterproof, seat-belt slots, mud-approved. It earns a TESTED label only after a week of real rides, and the listing will say exactly that when it happens.

5.

AI pet camera

$59.99ON THE SHELF

A 1080p pet camera with app viewing and two-way audio (treat-toss variant where the listing offers it) — for watching the dog from work, which is a normal thing that normal people do. A named sample candidate for the show: no 'watching Copper live' story will air until the camera is installed and really used. Check the listing for any app/storage costs before you buy — we check too, and we say what we find.

6.

Pet GPS tracker collar

$49.99ON THE SHELF

Subscription disclosure, first, because it matters: GPS trackers in this category commonly require a paid service plan through the maker's app to work — check the plan's price and terms on the listing before buying, because the collar alone doesn't track anything without it. We only list tracker variants whose plan terms are stated openly; a hidden plan kills the listing.

A collar-attach GPS tracker for dogs, app-based location. It tells you where your dog is; it is not a guarantee of anything beyond that, and it is no substitute for a fence, a leash, and a dog who mostly comes back.
